helpful staffcramped space
the staff was helpful, but the wi-fi was slow.
the room i had was small, it barely fit my luggage. the space felt cramped and uncomfortable. i wouldn't stay in that particular room again.

The hotel is in a great spot and very walkable. The staff were very friendly and gave helpful recommendations. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I appreciated the free coffee and water available at all times in the lobby..
The shower door did not close properly. This caused water to leak onto the floor. I just used extra towels to mop up the water.

The location was excellent. I found it very convenient for exploring the city. my room was a good size with enough space for my things. the bathroom had a modern shower. It worked perfectly. breakfast had fresh bread and a selection of jams. It was a great way to start the day.
The stairs were a bit steep.

my room included blackout blinds (a big plus for light sleepers) and effective heating. the decor was simple but tasteful. i appreciated the ample wardrobe space and the safe for valuables.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly at all times. my room was cleaned daily, which maintained a pleasant environment. the location provided quick access to tram lines, simplifying travel throughout the area.
the room i occupied seemed quite compact.
